New York was so fun. It is really a milestone when your daughter enjoys doing all the same things you do. We stayed on the 54th floor of the "W" right in Times Square. We slept late, had room service and shopped to our (well princess Alexa's ) hearts content. We saw Billy Elliott, Mamma Mia, and Chicago. Billy Elliott was AMAZING!! I can see why it won all the recent Tony's. We did manage to squeeze in a few museums and ride the subway. Alexa was pretty freaked out after her last traumatic experience on the subway, but we conquered that baby!! Overall, just a fun mother-daughter trip!! Happy Sweet Sixteen Babe!! Love ya!

I'm really jealous!!! I would have loved to go to NYC for my sixteenth birthday, let alone my 35th. Looks like you guys had fun- Did you see my diamond guy??? We'll have to go again soon-
