Spring Fever

So spring is here and that means that the Rawle family is back watching baseball games like 2 nights a week and all day saturday.  Jack is back playing and really enjoys it.  Dad came and watched him play in Heber on Saturday and he got a really great triple.  He was pretty excited.  However, you can see what balls he holds the tightest too.  Typical male.  Finally a little bit of warm weather but I think it is suppose to get cold this weekend again.  Ahhhhh. would summer just hurry and get her already.

SUMMER SUN!!!

as always the sunny shine isn't going to last, but you can be sure that when ever it is here our girls are out in it non-stop. yes, they are extremely lubed up with sunscreen. tim and i have just been doing tons of yard work, so we don't have a whole lot to report. i leave to go to kentucky in a couple of weeks and can't wait. tim is back out on his motorcycle and is loving the open road. love, allison

Hi --just wanted you to know that Lacey ran the Marathon on Sunday and ran it at 4:17 which is really good. Chris, get on the stick and put some pictures on of Lacey running. Shea also has some good news but Lauren has to put that on. Lauren, Shea and I and the kids are going to Oregon on Saturday--for a week, I am really excited. So before we came to hawaii, i bought white shirts and white dresses for us to try to take a family picture here. I however, forgot to cut the boys hair. So we have this great setting, good light, okay clothes and two shaggy dogs. Anyhoo. Last day here, we are all so sad!! we really love this place. We actually looked at a few for sale today. Cross your fingers and pray we can work something out cuz then you all can borrow it anytime. Love you lots....see you tomorrow.

Ocean Retreat

Although it is cold right now and is suppose to snow here this weekend, we had a 2 beautiful days at the beach last weekend. It was 70 degrees with no wind. Where did that weather go??? I

Hey everyone, we still don't know how to put on a picture. Just wanted you guys to know that Shea was accepted into the art show in Portland and Park City. That is pretty awesome. Dad and I got home today from Monticello. We had a good time and showed everyone down there our family blog. Grandma Croft seems pretty good, she needs some notes and current pictures from all of you. We love you all and love getting up and seeing new pictures from all of you. So we took the kids to Waikiki. Our friend Dave was in town and gave the kids surf lessons. Both kids got up and had a really fun time. Todd not so much. It was a great beach day. We might go to a small surf break in Haleawa today. They have the bug. They must be related to Brett. We are having great weather and a really good time, except our dog keeps getting out at home and people are calling. We might get home to no dog. anyhoo. Loving and missing yall!! haha

Spring Is Here!!!!

tim, the girls, and i have been waiting for spring since last november, so now that it is here we are stoked to bust out our shorts and play in the sun. the girls always want to be outside, they hit the doors until you let them out, so it sucks when it is pretty one day and nasty the next. allison

Long Long Thursday

Well, many of you probably know or remember my friend piper.  She has had a really bad year with a house fire and a nasty divorce.  She has been making some terrible decisions lately.  We had the joyous opportunity yesterday to put her in rehab! (kidding really horrible)  We all know what at fun day that is.  I was mentally and physically exhausted yesterday.  She is in detox in SLC for 3-6 days and then rehab for minimum of 30 days.  It was really a long day.  Hopefully she can use this time and get better.  Her kids are being looked after by her ex and her mother.  Hopefully this will be the change she needs.  She called Wed. nite at midnite and wanted to go then but we couldnt make the arrangements until yesterday.  The church is paying for most of it and Cirque lodge is about letting her go for free (the owners loved piper).   Anyway, figured you would all hear this eventually so I thought I would just post.  Love you.  Hawaii couldnt sound any better as I wake up again to SNOW!!

We went to the coast over Spring Break for 1 night with Colton and Gabby. Here is a picture of the kids with the crazy huge spider crabs. Sophie and Liam had fun having a "sleep-over " at the beach. We are headed there tomorrow night for Dave's retreat.

These are the things that drive us to DRINK!!

All day for days, this is what my life has become.  AN OKLAHOMA POSTER, BOOK, AND 3D DISPLAY.  No child does it alone, so it then falls on their parents and the child learns NOTHING!!   Mark my words, all Rawle children will do OKLAHOMA for their state report and it will look exactly like this one. EXACTLY!! And if any of you would like to borrow it....have at it.  I've got kids screaming in the shower.  Time for Bed!!

Provo Mayor---Yeah Alexia!

So a few nites ago, the mayor of Provo honored the cheerleaders from Timpview for winning nationals.  It was kinda anti-climatic but just nice to have someone finally notice all of the these girls' hard work.  They also honored the Provo basketball team for winning state so finally some recognition for cheerleading being a sport.  Alexia has worked so hard all year and we are happy for her.

(BTW)  the boy in the top pic, the one in the back with the yellow collar is the senior that is trying to get with Alexia.  He was at the house this weekend. !!!  Sue and Lar you just wait till your daughters are freshmen and some senior boy is chasing them.  It SUCKS!  I think some of her big bad uncles needs to smack this kid down.!!! haha just kidding.  no not really

We work up to a blizzard this morning.  I am bout ready to commit suicide.  The boys are bouncing off the walls and cant go outside!  6 days to Hawaii!! Yeah.  Anyway.  Have a great day yall.  Love Marnie

Okay everybody.  Mom, Chris, and Tim have gotten on and left comments but what about everyone else.???  Sue and Lauren where are you guys?  Mom left a comment about lunch after conference on Sunday 12:00, in case you missed it.  You probably ought to let her know if you are coming.  We spent all day Friday trying to get Hannah Montana tickets for the Stadium of Fire.  Talk about a joke.  What we wont do for our kids huh.....  Conference on Saturday was cool.  I have never seen them sustain the prophet that way.  We all stood up when we were suppose to and it was powerful.  Hope you all enjoyed it too.  We will probably see some of you tomorrow.  Love you all.
